34 Peachtree
Our development plans for the 300,000-square-foot, 32-story office tower in Downtown’s Fairlie-Poplar District. The multi million dollar modernization will feature a full exterior facade and interior renovation, including a reimagined two-story lobby, a spa-comparable wellness amenity floor, new recessed balconies, a grand arrival and turnkey spec suites. Construction is slated to begin in 2023 and will be phased to accommodate tenant move-ins throughout the renovation.
Underground Atlanta
We believe Underground Atlanta has the potential to become a thriving, mixed-use arts and entertainment district that transforms this long underserved area of Downtown. The redevelopment will encompass roughly 4 million square feet, including a mix of market-rate, affordable and student housing; new and renovated office space; renovated retail, restaurant and art studio space; a 4-star hotel; and new community space including green pedestrian plazas. A large portion of the new commercial space will be consolidated in a striking vertical mixed-use tower.
